The Pilates For Weight Loss DVD offers 15 different mat routines. There is an introductory section for each level in which instructor Karen Garcia teaches you the proper form for the exercises. Karen’s program allows viewers to customize their workouts according to their own daily needs. She is very thorough about showing you what to do before you even start.
There are three different levels (Beginers, Intermediate and Advanced) each with workouts ranging from 10-30 minutes in length. The Pilates exercises are designed to burn fat, tone muscles, increase energy, build strength, improve flexibility, and relieve stress. You will never get bored of its many different workout routines.
